    We accept the following for domestic order:Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, UPI, Net Banking, and Other popular wallets
  • The payment is done but I haven't received a confirmation email.
    Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! This may be due to technical server glitch. Please wait for 1 hour to get the confirmation, failing which you can contact our customer support team. We would be happy to help!
  • How can I check my order status?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website.
  • What is your return policy?
    since your product is customised to your requirements, we do not accept returns/exchange. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions- 1) A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation 2) If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. 3) If the product is received in a damaged condition. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we extend options for full refund or re-fulfillment of your orders!
  • Can I place a bulk order?
    Yes, we request you to get in touch with our Customer Delight Team for more information on trade discounts.
  • Do you accept COD?
    We are stopped accepting cash of delivery due to COVID-19. Please use our other modes of payment available to place your order.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Since all our products are personalised, we do not accept cancellations or changes once the order is placed.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you the shipping details along with the tracking link on your registered email address. Our ideal delivery time is 4-6 days in India
  • What is your delivery timeline?
    Our ideal delivery timeline is 4-6 working days in India. However, products like personalised phone cover, diaries and airpod cases can take up to 10 working days. Please refer to the concerned product page to know more about the delivery timelines
